With this primer, your eyeshadow will last forever. You will always avoid smudge or uneven blending. Can also be used as a lip primer to prevent feathering while adding outstanding staying power. Apply a very thin layer to lips with a concealer or lip brush, then apply lipstick or gloss with a clean lipgloss wand or lip brush.
